Description:

This service provides installation, configuration, and maintenance support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance within the IT environment. It covers both networked and standalone devices used across the organization.

Scope of Service:

• Installation and Configuration:

  • Setup and configuration of local and network printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.

  • Driver installation and connectivity setup (USB, LAN, Wi-Fi).

  • Integration with print servers and directory services.

  • Configuration of print queues, permissions, and print policies.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnosis and resolution of hardware malfunctions and print errors.

  • Clearing paper jams, cartridge replacements, and calibration.

  • Troubleshooting connectivity and driver compatibility issues.

  • Firmware updates and device performance optimization.

• Peripheral Support:

  • Setup and support for external devices (monitors, webcams, projectors, docking stations, etc.).

  • Configuration of storage devices, barcode scanners, and specialized hardware.

  • Assistance with device synchronization and compatibility checks.

Deliverables:
